History
Parsons was formed in the early '90s by the amalgamation of two established businesses - Parsons (Windermere) Ltd and James Powell. Through constant development and investment, it has expanded rapidly into one of the region's leading suppliers of fruit and vegetables. Based in Kendal, it is owned by the McClure family, who have been supplying groceries to North-West caterers for more than 50 years.
